It would take too long to photoshop everyone's picture individually.

It's fitting that funding this new series required a HEROIC STAND of sorts. Like the subjects of this new line of games, this project has become a reality due to your heroic efforts!

We are so happy to be able to go forward with this project.

Thank you to all of you who helped make this happen.

Especially to you back there, hiding in the corner trying not to be noticed. We see you. Amos and DVG thank you!

We're going to take a little breather here and we hope to get  your pledge managers out sometime in next couple of weeks.

THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Holy cow, you guys!

We've got two hours and looks like we've cracked funding  by the hairs of our chinny-chin-chin!

I'm excited because of what Amos still has up his sleeve if this is successful! I'm also just as eager as you guys to get production copies on my game table. We'll see you in a couple of hours...

Hi there, thought we'd share some of Amos' combat samples here with you as well as some other preview images.

Combat Sample:

The Alamo level 1

The player chooses to attack this Mexican 19 defence card

They use a 16 attack card plus they will roll a d6 for a location bonus on level one to add to the attack.

The player also use a “Reload” card to roll another d6 in the attack.

If they equal or beat the Mexican cards value the card is discarded then they will flip the face down Mexican card and see if they defeat this card's value as well.

(16 +2D6)

A roll of 6 added to the Attack card  gives a score of 22 which beats the Defence 19 card so the face down card is flipped over and the also beats this card's Defence of 20.

The players Attack card is discarded.

As the two discarded Mexican cards each had a Texas flag on them the player gets to draw 2 Texas cards if they wish.

With the combat completed

2 new Mexican cards are drawn

1st one face up

2nd one face down

The player plays an Attack 19 card and rolls a dice for the location to try to defeat the Defence 21 card.

Only scoring 20 and not defeating the Defence 21 card the player plays a ”At Anytime” card from their hand to +1 to their score to equal and defeat the Defence 21 card.

After defeating the Defence 21 card the face down Mexican card is flipped over.
Revealing a Defence 22 card the player uses a ”Crockett” card they had collected earlier.
The play now has an Attack of 22 which equals and defeats the Mexican 22 card.
